Fun day filming with garage legend Lisa Maffia baking up a little treat with incredible spiced rum. A fantastic weekend cooking at Winchester Foodies Festival with Masterchef winner Thomas Frake, with the added pleasure of taking my son on stage and having him in the front row watching daddy. Big announcement coming soon regarding tour dates for 2025! Chef Jay Geddes and Southampton FC legend Francis Benali held a very special "COME DINE WITH ME" river dinner cruise for CRUK. Jay had Masterchef winner Shelina Permaloo join him as a guest chef as well as Southampton singer Charlie Mcauley and even top magician Micheal Brown onboard while cruising the solent on the beautiful Princess Caroline.
In this feature Jay explains his love for cooking, be that for himself, for others, for events and even for A-List celebrities. Jay goes on to explain how passionate he is about the personal dining experience. Something which he is eager to offer to anyone who would like a five star dining experience in their own home, or maybe something a little different. Jay is happy to cater to any ideas.  People often ask me who's the best/nicest person I've cooked for. Ive been lucky to cook for so many amazing cool people but...  It has to be This absolute legend Mr Brian May. We had a good old chat about all things food and Queen. Had the pleasure to then go and see them live with the incredible Adam Lambert... Fantastic evening.
Where it all started I have been very lucky throughout my career to meet and cook for some amazing artists. In 2009 it all started with Chris Brown on his FOREVER European Tour. I still have the gloves he gave me as you can see.  Forever grateful for every opportunity I get in this world. This guy never fails to put on a bad show.  Excuse my hair! A fantastic evening with the very talented Tom Hiddleston. Im glad one of us looks alright with facial hair (definitely not me!).  |
