It was a great dinner party but i was challenged to a last minute injury time cook off. It was close but luckily my experience in not burning anything came in pretty handy that evening. It was an incredible September for the city of Southampton, I had the absolute pleasure to be apart of this incredible experience. It was a long 6 days doing 4 flights a day serving over 1300 meals. |
