ONION PAKORAS

INGREDIENTS 150g (5oz) flour 1 tsp tumeric 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 bunch coriander 4 white onions, finely sliced METHOD
Feel pan with oil to 170 degrees. Make the batter mix first, then add in the sliced onions till a thick paste. Get a spoon and dip in the oil first, then get a spoonful of pakora mix and put over oil and use your finger to push mixture off into the oil. Dry for 3/4 mins and use a slotted spoon to get them out onto kitchen paper to drain the grease. |
