I’ve had the privilege of cooking for royalty, global icons, and music legends. I’ve plated dishes for red carpets, private jets, and sold-out festivals. But if I’m honest, nothing compares to the magic of a wedding. A wedding day is different, it’s not just about the food, it’s about love, family, and memories that will last forever. I love being able to take a couple’s story and translate it into a menu that feels personal: a dish inspired by where they first travelled together, a favourite dessert reimagined, or a feast that reflects their shared culture. For me, the wedding breakfast is the beating heart of the day. It’s where everyone gathers, laughs, and raises a glass to the future. To know that my food becomes part of that moment that it’s captured in photos, remembered in speeches, and talked about for years is the greatest reward of all. Yes, I’ve cooked for some of the most famous names in the world. But when I step into a wedding, I’m not cooking for stars I’m cooking for two people who are each other’s world. And that’s why I love it more than anything else.
