People often ask me who's the best/nicest person I've cooked for. Ive been lucky to cook for so many amazing cool people but... It has to be This absolute legend Mr Brian May. We had a good old chat about all things food and Queen. Had the pleasure to then go and see them live with the incredible Adam Lambert... Fantastic evening.
Where it all started I have been very lucky throughout my career to meet and cook for some amazing artists. In 2009 it all started with Chris Brown on his FOREVER European Tour. I still have the gloves he gave me as you can see.
Forever grateful for every opportunity I get in this world. This guy never fails to put on a bad show.
Excuse my hair!
A fantastic evening with the very talented Tom Hiddleston. Im glad one of us looks alright with facial hair (definitely not me!). Bournemouth footballer takes Jay Geddes on in a master chef cook off... who wins?Had a great evening with Bournemouth player Junior Stanislas. It was a great dinner party but i was challenged to a last minute injury time cook off. It was close but luckily my experience in not burning anything came in pretty handy that evening.
GEDDES 1 STANISLAS 0 ... TBC It was an incredible September for the city of Southampton, I had the absolute pleasure to be apart of this incredible experience. It was a long 6 days doing 4 flights a day serving over 1300 meals.
